What to send by the 10th (through the Drake Tax Portal)
- Prior-month LLC bank and card statements.
- Receipts and invoices issued.
- New contracts.
- A note that there was no activity, if the month was quiet.
What to keep
- A bank account and card used only by the LLC — no personal spend.
- A simple chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online or Digits: revenue, cost, operating expenses, owners.
- Operating agreement and formation papers (with the firm, not on this site).
- Notes on a foreign owner: the firm confirms whether Form 5472 and related filings apply.
