The Daily Balance Pro receives tax and financial documents through the Drake Tax Portal — the firm’s encrypted channel. This public site is not the upload portal and does not ask for an SSN, ID, password, or payment.
We do not publish a generic Drake address
Each client receives a personal link. We do not invent or guess a Drake Tax Portal URL. If someone sends a link that did not come from the firm, do not use it — confirm over WhatsApp or the email below.
How it works

The firm sends your link
At onboarding or the start of the season, you receive personal access to the Drake Tax Portal.
- 02
You upload there
W-2, 1099, 1098, statements, receipts, and whatever your profile list asks for. Avoid open email and WhatsApp camera roll for tax PDFs.

The firm reviews
A The Daily Balance Pro professional reads the packet. Questions come back through the same secure channel.
Don’t have the link yet?
Ask for personal access. Use WhatsApp Business Brazil with the ready-made greeting, or write to the firm email. Include your full name and whether the request is for the individual, the LLC, or both.

What this site never asks for
- SSN or ITIN typed into a form
- A photo of a passport, driver’s license, or ID card
- A password for a bank, QuickBooks Online, Digits, or Drake
- A credit card or other payment details
